What to bring and wear to the classes?

  • Bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated during Qigong

  • Wear comfortable clothes, i.e. T-shirt, sweat shirt, leggings, soft training trousers, yoga pants, etc.

  • Wear soft and comfortable shoes / trainers or you can practice Qigong bare-feet or in socks.
