Serenity

I’ve trained with the British Health Qigong Association and hold a Level 2 Instructor qualification in Health Qigong. I’ve also achieved Duan 2 in the International Health Qigong Duan System, reflecting both my commitment and depth of practice.

In addition, I’m an accredited instructor of Taiji Qigong Shibashi Set 1, certified by the Tai Chi Qigong & Feng Shui Institute.
