What to bring and wear?
Please bring a bottle of water to sip throughout the session.
Choose clothing that allows free movement - like a T-shirt, sweatshirt, leggings, yoga pants, or soft training trousers.
Soft, comfortable shoes or trainers are ideal. You're also welcome to practise barefoot or in socks if that feels better for you.
