My interest in Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began in the 1990s, and I’ve been practicing Qigong ever since.
In March 2017, I began sharing Qigong with others through teaching - and I’m fully insured to do so.
​
When I teach, my priority is creating a space where participants feel relaxed and fully present. I intentionally avoid over-correcting, because I believe the essence of the practice lies in meditation, breathwork, and proper posture - not in perfecting every movement.
PS: The picture is with one of my favourite teachers, Ken Cohen. I learnt Primordial Qigong, Taoist Healing Sounds and other forms with him.
