What is Qigong?
Origin
Qigong is an ancient practice from China, with roots stretching back over 3,000 years. It involves gentle, flowing movements combined with deep, mindful breathing, all designed to support the harmonious circulation of Qi - our vital life energy - throughout the body.

In Chinese, 'Qi' refers to air, breath, or life force, while 'Gong' means work or cultivation. Together, Qigong can be understood as the art of cultivating and working with one’s life energy.
